{"id":5591,"date":"2007-02-22T10:00:58","date_gmt":"2007-02-22T18:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ftllp.net\/?p=5591"},"modified":"2024-10-31T17:46:45","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T00:46:45","slug":"jennifer-in-legal-chest-war","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.creativespikedigital.com\/lftc\/news\/entertainment\/jennifer-in-legal-chest-war\/","title":{"rendered":"Jennifer In Legal Chest War"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The makers of \u201cThe Break-Up\u201d want to prevent the rest of the world from seeing what Brad Pitt and Vince Vaughn have already passed on \u2013 Jennifer Aniston\u2019s boobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topless photos of the former \u201cFriends\u201d star were posted on the PerezHilton.com Web site earlier this month, and Universal City Studios has filed a copyright-infringement suit against the blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The suit, filed Tuesday but made public yesterday on TheSmokingGun.com, says Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, obtained the photo from footage stolen from \u201cThe Break-Up,\u201d her 2006 movie with former boyfriend Vaughn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The snapshot of Aniston, 38, was not included in the final version of the flick, but is included in the court papers with a \u201credacted\u201d censor mark across her chest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuit alleges that Universal City Studios knew Lavandeira was going to post the \u201cmisappropriated and illegally copied\u201d pictures Feb. 6, and told him not to run them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were posted anyway on Feb. 11 \u2013 Aniston\u2019s birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavandeira, 28, the self-described \u201cQueen of All Media,\u201d e-mailed a statement from his lawyer claiming that Universal City\u2019s original warning was sent to the wrong address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cOur client has done nothing wrong.
