But sources told us that\u2019s news to Farrow himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A source familiar with the situation told Page Six on Thursday evening: \u201cRonan knows nothing about this.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farrow has not commented on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Page Six exclusively reported that sources said <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.creativespikedigital.com\/lftc\/attorneys\/bryan-j-freedman\/\">Kelly\u2019s top litigator Bryan Freedman<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/10\/25\/megyn-kellys-lawyer-wants-ronan-farrow-on-hand-to-meet-with-nbc-execs\/\">requested that Farrow attend the powwow,<\/a>\u00a0\u201cso he can be a witness,\u201d a source said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NBC declined comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But an insider at the network told us: \u201cMegyn\u2019s pattern of racial insensitivity has bitten her badly here and this transparent attempt to distract from the pain she has caused with her comments is really unseemly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farrow\u2019s had his own beef with the network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2017\/10\/16\/networks-race-to-sign-ronan-farrow-after-weinstein-expose\/\">NBC\u2019s reluctance to run Farrow\u2019s Harvey Weinstein expos\u00e9<\/a>&nbsp;(which ultimately ran in the New Yorker), he and NBC News Chairman Andy Lack engaged in a public dispute. During their spat, Farrow claimed he took his story to the New Yorker because NBC tried to block the story from going to air and print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then in September on \u201cMegyn Kelly Today,\u201d Kelly asked that NBC hire an outside firm to determine how it handled Farrow\u2019s reporting on Weinstein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly said: \u201cThere\u2019s the question of the faith and confidence of the public in the reporting of NBC on matters involving itself. For me, as a lawyer, it\u2019s always better if you just send it outside. And then people can have more faith in it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sources have told Page Six that Kelly will be out at NBC after&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/10\/23\/megyn-kelly-doesnt-understand-why-blackface-is-racist\/\">her controversial comments<\/a>&nbsp;this week on-the-air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a panel discussion on \u201cMegyn Kelly Today\u201d on Tuesday, she said, \u201cYou do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface for Halloween, or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween.
