The complaint is 20 pages long and lays out a significant number of discriminatory practices by NBC\/Bravo\/Fremantle and Purveyors of Pop, against&nbsp;<strong>Mariah Huq<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mariah Huq<\/strong>&nbsp;spoke&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/allaboutthetea.com\/2020\/07\/06\/mariah-huq-exposes-bravo-racism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">exclusively to AllAboutTheTea.com<\/a>&nbsp;back in July about discriminatory practices at the network and differences in treatment between her and Caucasian show creators,&nbsp;<strong>Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Whitney Sudler-Smith<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the complaint, \u201cthe defendants acted illegally and unethically which includes but is not limited to \u2013 1) unauthorized exploitation of \u201cMarried To Medicine\u201d &amp; Married To Medicine the Series, 2) Breach of Contract, 3) Breach of joint Venture Agreement, 4) breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, 5) failure to prevent retaliation and harassment.\u201d All About The Tea shared in the video below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to&nbsp;<strong>Mariah Huq\u2019s<\/strong>&nbsp;lawsuit, All About The Tea, also spilled piping hot tea on season 8 storylines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Contessa Metcalfe<\/strong>&nbsp;and her husband are having major marital problems, as&nbsp;<strong>Scott<\/strong>&nbsp;is being accused of cheating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quad Webb&nbsp;<\/strong>is back part time as a \u201cFriend of Heavenly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/allaboutthetea.com\/tag\/Lisa-Nicole-Cloud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lisa Nicole Cloud<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;returned to&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/allaboutthetea.com\/tag\/married-to-medicine-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Married To Medicine<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>for season 8 in a part time capacity.
