Berle said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><br>&nbsp;&nbsp; Perez Hilton will take steps to make sure every dime is collected. This should make one careful before filing a lawsuit against him.<\/p><cite>said his lawyer, <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.creativespikedigital.com\/lftc\/attorneys\/bryan-j-freedman\/\">Bryan J. Freedman<\/a>.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Samantha Ronson, who sued Hilton last year, was a passenger in Lohan&#8217;s car when it crashed into a tree in Beverly Hills last May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She sued Hilton for repeating on his website a report from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.celebritybabylon.com\/\">CelebrityBabylon.com<\/a> that stated she planted cocaine that was found in Lohan&#8217;s car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The judge removed Hilton from the lawsuit last November after the blogger&#8217;s attorneys argued he was protected by free speech rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her attorney, David M.
