{"id":10140,"date":"2015-09-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ftllp.net\/?p=10140"},"modified":"2024-11-03T15:33:42","modified_gmt":"2024-11-03T23:33:42","slug":"strictly-sexual-star-kristen-kerr-accused-by-ex-husband-of-organizing-email-hacking-scheme-read-the-shocking-court-docs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.creativespikedigital.com\/lftc\/news\/entertainment\/tv_film\/strictly-sexual-star-kristen-kerr-accused-by-ex-husband-of-organizing-email-hacking-scheme-read-the-shocking-court-docs\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Strictly Sexual\u2019 Star Kristen Kerr Accused By Ex Husband Of Organizing Email Hacking Scheme \u2013\u2013 Read The Shocking Court Docs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Strictly Sexual<\/em>\u2018s&nbsp;<strong>Kristen Kerr<\/strong>, her father, and a purported lover are being sued by her ex-husband for allegedly hacking into his email account,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/radaronline.com\/\">RadarOnline.com<\/a>&nbsp;has learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steven Jensen<\/strong>, who married the&nbsp;<em>Old School<\/em>&nbsp;actress in 2005, claims in bombshell court documents that his wife was part of a plot to hack into his email account during their vicious divorce battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He claims that his wife, 40, filed for divorce in 2011 and began a relationship with&nbsp;<strong>Victor Peckarcik<\/strong>, whom he referred to as her \u201clover\u201d in the documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jensen claimed that the two \u201cschemed over a two-year period to hack into Jensen\u2019s personal and business accounts in order to learn information that Kerr would use in [legal] proceedings.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also claimed that Kerr\u2019s father,&nbsp;<strong>Clarence Kerr<\/strong>, paid Peckarcik to hack into his accounts; as well as attorney&nbsp;<strong>Manuel Medrano<\/strong>, to supervise the hacking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jensen states that a friend of Kerr\u2019s \u201ccame clean, telling Jensen that Kerr had been reading, downloading and disseminating his personal and business emails for more than two years\u201d in the documents filed in Los Angeles County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jensen wrote that he is suing his ex-wife, her father, her lover and her attorney for their \u201cbrazen conduct.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He claims that during an August 2014 deposition, he was expecting to be asked about custody issues \u2014 but was instead blindsided with questions about his \u201cpersonal character\u201d including \u201cpast instances of purported alcohol and drug abuse,\u201d as well as details about his bankruptcy filing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jensen said he could \u201cnot fathom\u201d how they gleaned the information in order to lead to such a line of questioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radaronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/kristen-kerr-lawsuit.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">READ THE COURT DOCS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jensen writes that Kerr\u2019s \u201cintrusion\u201d into his personal and business emails caused him to \u201close several clients, as well as a substantial film project.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerr\u2019s ex tells the court that everyone involved acted with \u201coppression, fraud and malice,\u201d and is asking the court for punitive damages in an unspecified amount for \u201cmental and emotional distress, including pain and suffering.\u201d<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/radaronline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/kristen-kerr-lawsuit.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strictly Sexual\u2018s&nbsp;Kristen Kerr, her father, and a purported lover are being sued by her ex-husband for allegedly hacking into his email account,&nbsp;RadarOnline.com&nbsp;has learned.
