But according to the lawsuit, she took the trip <strong>without actually making any of the video content they asked for<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what Bethany was supposed to do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Hollywood Reporter, Bethany was offered a fee of $325,000 to produce a video that showed her applying the product while getting ready to spend a day in Kauai, Hawaii. Y\u2019know, real hard graft stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>And here\u2019s what allegedly happened<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Mota and her representatives did not provide the video and stubbornly refused to commit to a timetable for its production to Studio 71.<\/p>\n<cite><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.creativespikedigital.com\/lftc\/attorneys\/bryan-j-freedman\/\">Studio 71\u2019s attorney Bryan Freedman<\/a> wrote in the lawsuit<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cStudio 71 was shocked to discover that the \u2018video\u2019 that Mota sent did not contain any of the agreed upon creative components.
